Owners of a property in Hope Cove were looking for some help to source, supply and fit a new conservatory roof that was up to date, retained the heat and was able to muffle the noise of inclement weather.
We were delighted to take up the challenge and by carefully selecting a couple of local outside companies who specialise in this exact spec we were looking forward to getting started.
Following a period of mediating between both owners and the specialist companies a decision was made and just prior to Christmas 2020 the installation began. The old roof was safely removed, French doors separating the kitchen to conservatory were also removed to open the space up and the new roof was ready to fit. The installation went to plan, fitted like a glove and it wasn’t long before both the heat retention and noise reductions were put to the test as a winter storm rolled in – success! Soon after, the floor and walls were made good with new tiles replacing the void in the floor and re-plastering to the walls and ceilings. Decoration throughout to complete the work and all is ready for the season ahead.
